GOAL

For two years in a row, Florida International University hired Two Parrot Productions to produce two educational videos: The first video is a commemoration of the civil rights accomplishments honoring MLK and other civil rights advocates and the inspiring progression of the civil rights movement. The second educational video highlighted the winners of the essay competition they run every year. 

DESCRIPTION

The MLK Commemorative Celebration, the university’s premier event, is a world-class community celebration attracting local dignitaries and students from various schools to pay homage to Dr. King’s life and legacy. Over the past 30+ years, FIU’s MLK Commemorative Celebration evolved from a single event to a month-long series of festivities.

Two Parrot is more than a non-profit video production company, we are advocates. We were chosen 2 separate times because they trusted us as approved vendors at FIU and it was easier to hire us than someone new since we had experience working together. To date, Two Parrot Productions has been hired 5 separate times fo00r Florida International University productions.
